There's nothing there so if you're "hanging out," the only thing that you can find is trouble. When Georgia State announced the redevelopment of Turner Field, it was supposed to include offices, shops and restaurants and become a place similar to SunTrust Park (the new Braves stadium) where you could go even if there isn't a game going on. That hasn't developed yet.

I agree and have mentioned that. But if you roll into that area, do you see a lot of people that can afford to hang out in those shops and restaurants, or a lot of people that are more than likely going to scare off the targeted market?

The intent was/is to make it a destination, not a convenience (at least initially). MARTA doesn't go there. Whatever the current plans, it's a long term plan.
