One piece of great news from this weekend is that Miller has said he is canceling his visit to UGA this weekend. Whew! Had a feeling he could flip after that visit. Miller is a defensive piece Bama needs to help stop spreads.

He and his family sounded really impressed and looked happy this weekend. His brother was "Roll Tiding" everybody on Twitter lol

Where is Matt Elam at in this? Haven't seen any good rankings from him lately what's going on there? He isn showing up in espn 300

#26 Defensive Tackle according to ESPN... not in the ESPN 300. He's going to Kentucky regardless imo.

Wondering if I should bookmark this...

TerryP just going off the way hes talked about leaving home, doesnt seem like he wants to leave home at all.
TheChief You know what "omniscient" means but not "in my opinion" I see... plus, I'm not the one that goes around pretending to know what someone's work ethic is based on them going to a party one night... pot meet kettle.

This isn't the only reason I think Elam ends up at Bama. But, it is one I think is worth watching.

We have a verbal from Johnny Dwight at DT. I won't be surprised if he de-commits/flips before signing day. That's opening a spot for another DL commitment.

You aren't off base with thinking he's getting a strong pull to stay at home in KY. However, I don't believe you can give precedent of that over what he's wanting to do after college.

Mom was in town this past weekend. Saban recruiting mom? It's not a stacked deck, but it's certainly holding face cards.

It's recruiting. Translated= no one ever knows. I do have reason to believe we're in a very good position with ME.

Id be shocked if Elam didn't come to Bama. I live here in KY and football is still an afterthought in most circles. Ky Football is 3rd or 4th in interest through the year. Obviously behind Bball, Horseracing and quite possibly bourbon. haha
