Did Roy Kramer die? For the first time since 1963, ut will play 3 SEC games in the 3 consecutive weeks prior to playing Alabama. In 1962 and 1963 (GT's last 2 years in the SEC), ut played the barn, MSU, GT, and Bama in consecutive weeks. Lost ALL 4 games BOTH years! Needless to say they didn't try that anymore. And they sure as hell didn't have to worry about ANY schedule difficulty when Roy Kramer took over the SEC scheduling in 1992.

Yeah, but overall a pretty easy schedule.
App State at home should be fine, and basically a home game against Va Tech - they should suck. Then Ohio? Wow. They get UF at home - should be a good game, not sure what UF is losing, but they had better get some O. Having to go to GA is not so bad this year - I expect Kirby to have a down year with all the coaching changes. A&M is a cluster, so I don't see the problem there. While we get them after 6 straight weeks, we will have just traveled to Arky, so I call it even. They have us at home, so I don't feel sorry for them there. Then LOOK at the schedule after their bye week - complete joke.

I would definitely say they have the inside track to the SEC championship game, if not the championship.

Of course, I hate them with a loathing deeper than words could ever describe (although I do post my thought on the 3rd Sat of October every year). So my wish is that they lose EACH and EVERY game - nothing is better than a weekend where the faggot Irish and the viles lose, and our Beloved Crimson Tide wins. I hope we beat the hell out of then in that dumpster of a stadium they have, and keep our streak going!

That schedule is pretty damn weak! BAMA's schedule features 10 teams that played in bowl games this past season.

It's a little shocking that hasn't been changed. Unless he's gotten "out of the business," one of the guys that runs that site is a Bama fan. He's got another one as well ... can't think of the name of it off the top of my head.

Random observation ...

With all the talk about the number of titles, how ESPN chooses to say "Bama has this many" and so on, why do they change the helmets on the set? In the last few years we've see it run through 12, 13, 14, and so on.

I thought the same thing when I saw the dates ... went and looked, UT held their's last year during the second week of November.
