Interesting read. Based on what little I actually know about the technical side of FB, seems very plausable. VT isn't going to be a walkover.....unless our QB indeed turns out to be sumthin special. On the dark side, though, we all know how our last excursion against a smallish, fast, defense turned out, at least in the early going. Think the VT coaches watched any of the Sugar Bowl film?

An earlier topic queried whether VPI would even score on Bama. No, they won't score much, but we're probably in the same boat. VPI is (as the article said) ALWAYS good on D. That's not changing.
Games like this are where you see the conditioning, program pride and discipline show their heads.
This game's going to be a slobber-knocker.
I can't wait.
