Crazy to think how far Cyrus has come at UA.
Somehow avoided the Redshirt as a freshman receiver... Mostly cause he was the Punt returner.
Then got moved to CB as a soph, got his ass smoked all season.
Junior year got better and was terrific his senior season.
Had he started at CB as a true frosh, IMO those seasons would've been expedited and he probably would've been better his Soph/Junior seasons. He was asked to do a lot considering the circumstances.
Obviously he is limited with his size, but is really strong for a little guy and plays with an edge. The main thing he has going for him is that he just makes plays... Somehow, someway, finds a way to make big plays. Could be a good returner option at next level as well.
Who knows, could end up having a Courtland Finnegan type career... Little dude that plays bigger and finds a way to interrupt the game.
