When in doubt, the Bigger the guy the stronger he is, so he is on the Left because that is more often the Offense's strong/power side. The smaller the guy the faster he is, so he is on the right side so that he can chase the play down form behind and use his speed for backside pass rush.

Oh, the media guide does not break out left or right.
