I wish they would make the ejection for targeting....just for the half. The rule is still so subjective, that they need to be a little more lenient with it. It is crazy what one group of officials will call targeting, and what one group will allow. This is with replay too.
Another thing they should do is allow the players that are hustling off the field, in between plays...to be a "no call" if they have made it to the numbers. They are not affecting the play and this will help with unnecessary flags and will speed up the game. It will also swing the advantage back to the defense a little bit. All the rules advantages have been on the offensive side of the ball, it's time to swing the pendulum back the other direction.
