Preview / clip of the new "Happy Gilmore" movie. It looks like JT has a cameo. (UPDATE: JT actually has lines.)

Watched it Friday afternoon. Typical Sandler movie, goofy as hell but it makes you forget your troubles for a couple of hours as well.
I watched it because it was nostalgic. I didn't expect cinema excellence. I didn't expect a great movie. I expected Sandler.

BTW, this is where channels like Netflix beat the hell out of the theatres. I spent about the same amount of money if I would have seen HG in the theatre. BUT. How much more do I get to watch over the next month for that original $7-8 bucks?

Adam Sandler slipping a tiny clip of his late co-star, Cameron Boyce, into Happy Gilmore 2 might just be the most touching moment of 2025 so far.
Cameron, who played Adam’s on-screen son in Grown Ups, tragically passed away in 2019 at just 20 years old in his sleep due to a seizure disorder.
Sandler’s small tribute = pure class, pure heart.

Just finished both off tonight. Needed to watch the first one because I had never seen the entire movie from start to finish. Goofy but funny for sure. What you would expect for a Sandler movie.
