🏀 Post practice comment by CAJ on the Tide being overconfident

Its not personal, just think hes very overrated as a coach. Truly hope he proves me wrong.

Can't say I've ever not liked someone because they are overrated. Perhaps you want to qualify that a bit more.

Speaking of not liking and democrats, how about Rep Lewis stating he's never missed a Presidential Inauguration...conveniently forgetting he didn't go to GW's inauguration. This is a guy I don't like for LYING to the American people and purposely stirring the pot. What an asshole. :D

I dont like him as a coach, I dont know the man personally so how could I dislike him personally?

If you dont like Rep. Lewis for lying, you must despise our Tweeter-In-Chief then consdiering thats just about all he knows how to do.

But how do you not like someone because they are overrated. I'm still really confused by that.

And I do believe President Elect Trump needs to step away from twitter. The next four years is gonna be interesting. Trump said "It’s a shame that these folks don’t want to be part of the peaceful transfer of power.” Seriously, remember when the Dem's wanted to make sure Trump was gonna go away quietly when he was defeated (oh the irony). And Hillary is disbanding her Clinton Global Initiative, guess that means she no longer accepting foreign donations (yet everyone wants to talk about the Russians). The irony in all of this is just flat out stupid.

Are you trolling me? I think he is an overrated coach so I do not like him as a coach. I've said like three times now that I dont like him as a coach, not as a person. I thought he was extremely overrated in the NBA.

Just ridiculous that SEC universities have allowed their B-Ball programs to regress to the sorry state we now reside. Even Mizzou, who was at least respectable in their previous life in another conference has caught the SEC sorry crap bug. I'm just trying to say, I think we got a chance this evening.

I get were @Birdman37 is coming from. I honestly don't know what CAJ record or reputation was when he was coaching in the NBA. I do know that he was a big time overachiever as a player and I haven't heard anything other than glowing comments about his character and what type of human being we have leading our program.

Our basketball program will never be Kentucky, Duke, Kansas, NC, etc, but next year we will have as much talent as we've had since Wimp stalked the sideline and in a couple years I'll have an opinion on CAJ the coach.
I've already made up my mind on CAJ the man.

Out of curiosity, are you a big NBA fan @Birdman37 ? I would think you are a bit young to remember CAJ coaching resume. He did win NBA COY in 2006.

I'd see that as a useless waste of bandwidth, time, and energy.

Almost as much of a waste as your existence?

So a conservative black man is stupid?

I have a flaming liberal coworker that called Ben Carson a coon and Uncle Tom for being a conservative.

If the conservative black man is stupid then yes.

Anybody that uses the term "coon" is automatically a dipshit (unless referring to LSU fans as coon asses of course). Now, I do think Ben Carson is a sell out loser and a lunatic but I digress.

I remember his later years with the Spurs. Im not nearly the NBA fan that I was growing up (was and still am a huge Michael Jordan fan) but yeah I still follow it.

His run with a REALLY talented Mavs team was pretty solid to start off, I think they went to the NBA Finals twice. When he left Dallas, though, his teams in New Jersey/Brooklyn were horrendous. Though he did bring Gerald Wallace over to be their enforcer which I do have to give him credit for.

Like I said its all about his coaching experience/record. I just have never liked him as a coach (didnt like him much as an analyst either). Everything I've heard about him as a human being as been solid. And I honestly hope he proves me wrong on the court.
