You're talking about Elijah Moore. And it's funny because Kiffin was doing everything he could to talk Moore into staying another year. He also begged their TE Kenny Yeboah to use the extra (NCAA granted) free year and return. UGA's corners Tyson Campbell and Eric Stokes may be opting out (of the bowl) soon too, but both will be eventually declaring.
