🏈 Pellman: Odds and Ends Looking Back Over the Weekend.

Good read for those who will need to address the "if the call had been ruled an interception".
-LSU gained 9 yards in the fourth quarter.
-Starting QB and RB on the bench.
-and ~ 70 yards to drive against a hot Alabama Defense.
---THIS, is the situation that the Corndogs want to begin the "What If" game with?

Also, I shocked that Ingram could work himself into being on track to become Bama's all time leading single season rusher and I had not clue. I'm a shamed of myself.

Jefferson go rattled and, to me, looked visibly scared. i don't think he was hurt bad at all. i kind of felt bad for him. seems like a good kid and he has talent. he needs an O-line.

Very good read. I think Mr. Ingram, indeed, has a chance to run wild in the next three weeks.

It would not hurt my feelings for a new statue to be erected outside of Bryant Denny and a new piece of hardware added to the Bryant Museum that is won by an Alabama player!

We may have gotten the benefit of a call from the officials but I don't think there was some attempt by the SEC crew to hand BAMA the game. It's ludicrous considering how badly LSU was outplayed in the 2nd half that anyone can key in on this one play and say the game was "given to Alabama". Simply BS.

Both teams have collapsed after losing this game the previous two seasons. I do not see that ending anytime soon. The Saban vs. LSU issue has put a tremendous amount of emotion into this series.

I wonder if the reason Jefferson did not come back was concerns over a concussion. That was a huge hit that Deaderick put on him.

You might add to the might have beens: How about if Greg had seen the wide open Maze on the crossing route on the play where he threw the int?

Marquis wouldn't have scored, but that would have ben at least another 3 points for us.

Great read Terry. With Jefferson, I too wondered out loud just how bad was he hurt. He had his helmet the entire game , so that throws any possible concussion out the window and he ran down the sideline on the TD. I believe ol Les gave it up and knew he was whipped. Everyone needs to give Greg some love. The kid played a great game and exposed another Chavis D.
