If it is truly dollars and cents. I don't think Saban lets them leave over money. The lure of the NFL and having that on your resume (especially if your successful) is powerful. I can understand it. Hell, Saban went back to it. Can't blame them, but there again, if this is purely monetary, I think Saban gets them the money they want/need/deserve.

The average salary for a strength coach in the league is 500K. Ballou, in that role at Bama, is making 525K.

One has to wonder if NFL guys are working on these same pieces that these two would bring. What I'm attempting to say are these professionals maintaining or are they honestly working towards gaining more explosion and power? I know Henry does, but I would honestly like to know if a majority think they are at peak fitness and maintaining rather than continuing to work for more. I question and wonder due to it even being a rewarding experience for these two if they went to the NFL. I'm sure the initial numbers would be a lot different than college athletes, but I am willing to bet the gains wouldn't be Instagram worthy like Ballou likes to post about progressions.
