The PAC is doing their "style over substance" dance again. A logical place to find an opponent would be the MWC but their protocols don't match that of the PAC. That conference is eliminated unless they change. The same applies for BYU.

I'm left with this understanding, they're saying "you can play a non-conference team" while knowing there are very few options for that to actually happen; if any.
