Oh my, I'm an over at the house, but an under when at the office.

Over flows better - doesn't break as easily as an under (my opinion). At the office, they have one of those devices that hold two rolls and it flows much easier under.

And I hate john wayne TP - rough, tough, and doesn't take @#$ off anyone.
