I can't get over ND not having a clause in the contract that reduces his buyout if employed elsewhere. ND had to pay his full contract amount while he was HC at Kansas, and he got Kansas pay as well.

That is a great illistration of New York sports franchises and the piss poor decisions they make. If it were not for more check and balances in the NFL, the Jets would probably owe $25 million right now to a guy like Jamarcus Russell or Ron Dayne...
