🏈 Oregon reinstates Blount

If the dip head from the Gaytors gets only a half game or full game as he
insisted then this kid should get a break as well. I think they both should
be gone BUT things as they are, whats good for one is good for the other.
:nopity:

One a man's opinion here, but he should pay a big price (which he has), but if he shows true remorse and restitution then I can go with giving him a chance to show what turning-it-around looks like. Lord knows I've been given that chance before.

I don't think you suspend for the year, then let up...thats me. They (Oregon) over-reacted in my opinion and drawing a line and crossing it is the worst thing you can do. The next time will be that much easier.

I heard an interview with Peter Sirmon (former Titan LB, now a GA/coach for Oregon) and he convinced me that Blount is truly remorseful and has paid his debt. In light of the (alleged) one game suspension of Brandon Spikes, I think Blount deserves the opportunity to continue on with his playing career.

I agree that they overreacted, but I'm glad they reinstated him. The guy was an NFL prospect coming into the season, and there was no reason to destroy his chances.

Considering he got two months, Spikes should've received a 2-game suspension.

They definitely jumped the gun by saying his suspension was for the season and then back tracked to this point. It lucks like"duck" eggs on their faces since they back tracked. He should've said indefinite suspension and then nothing gets blown all over the airwaves.
