They're in a dispute with a sports company over the letter "O" as we speak. And to be honest, this one makes less sense to me than the case with "The."

Okay, I'll admit, they're really, really close.

There is absolutely no way anyone would confuse those two logos. They get to trademark a particular representation, not the whole letter. Are they also after Oprah?
