One AFC team sources told me that Alabama defensive lineman Dalvin Tomlinson had one of the best interviews they've ever had. They said that Tomlinson was really smart with a tremendous understanding of technique. He obviously was a hard worker to develop his knowledge base like he did. Tomlinson is a sleeper, but could end up going higher than expected because teams really like him.

At times, Dalvin has a facial expression that looks as if he's lost...has no clue what's going on around him. As soon as he speaks you can hear how intelligent the guy is. To me he looks comes across like a guy who is literally unnerved by a camera.

Did you guys catch this picture from a day or two ago? That's Coach Don Salls of Jacksonville State--former fullback for the Tide in the early 40's. Small world ... coached Joe Kines when he was playing for Jacksonville State. He's also the oldest former player.
