Congrats to him!!!

"Western Connecticut running back Octavias McKoy broke the NCAA all-division single-game collegiate rushing record with 455 yards Saturday.

McKoy broke the previous mark of 441 yards, set by Marietta's Dante Brown in 1996.

McKoy, a senior on Division III Western Connecticut, finished with 455 yards and five touchdowns on 43 carries in the Colonials' 55-35 win over Worcester State. He scored on runs of 15, 1, 41, 53 and 71 yards.

LaDainian Tomlinson holds the FBS single-game record with 406 rushing yards.

Also Saturday, Tusculum's Bo Cordell broke the Division II record for career yards passing in a 41-33 loss to Wingate.

Cordell threw for 349 yards to increase his career total to 15,049. That broke the D-II record set by Zach Amedro, who threw for 14,733 yards for West Liberty from 2007-10.

Case Keenum, who played at Houston from 2007-11, holds the record for most career yards passing (19,217) of any college player regardless of classification."
