His sig has been a battle between Bama and LSU for some time now. A lot have speculated, as mentioned in the article, he's bound for LSU because his sister runs track for the Tigers.

However, one has to ask if this is truly the case. The author brings out some interesting points...

Brown, of Ozen High School, Beaumont, Texas, is one of the most sought after recruits in the country. However, it appears to be a two-team race with LSU once again battling rival Alabama for his services. I have long believed the Tigers held the lead in his recruitment. Brown's sister is on the LSU track team and he stated numerous times he wanted to attend college with her.

But Monday, that could've changed.

Brown wants to enroll early in college. During a conversation with a source at the practice, Brown unveiled his enrollment date of Jan. 8. That's quite revealing because LSU is not taking early enrollees until Jan. 15; Alabama is, though.

During an interview earlier in the week, Brown said he will only miss one day of track practice in college before he enrolls. This also lines up in Alabama's favor as the Tigers have a meet Jan. 18, making it impossible for Brown to enroll in Baton Rouge and only miss one practice with the LSU track team.

It would be great if he was one of the two CBs Cornwall mentioned that we're supposed to pick up Thursday.
