Who is a more obnoxious sports color or commenter......
Vitale is so absolutely awful ...but...then again ...so was Vern...

Vitale is actually still knowledgeable about the sport... Don't know if Verne ever even knew football or just got drunk enough to front confidentially!

But 2 different kind of sports. Football, you kind of need the gift of gab because there is time between plays. Dicky V has helped make college hoops what it is... Verne was a small part of CF but nothing like Dicky V.
