Gave me goosebumps and looking forward to seeing it. Probably won’t Appel to the general public though.
My question to this would be, "what appeals to the 'general public' bout 30 for 30 espisodes on ESPN?" I'd say few of them were only watched by their fan base. Just this week we saw the Pacers player reenact the Reggie Miller "choke" against the Knicks. The last time I looked it was in the top 10 of 30 for 30's

I'm not an NBA, Miller, or Knicks fan. But, I'd watch it if I came across the episode. OJ is up there...bit of a different story. Coach V.

It's a "doc" It's not going to be much publicity because of its genre. It's akin to the FoxNation thing on The ties that bind or whatever that was called.

I'm think rival fans will watch this...just to satiate their hereditary hatred of all things Bama.

The U Part 1 and 2 were awesome. "The Best That Never Was" was another realky good one.

I watched it earlier tonight. Nice crowd!! The parking lot almost looked like a football game with all the crimson shirts and the roll tides.

The documentary itself was pretty good. Went in depth on the civil rights movement in the state of Alabama, UA and the football program. That was actually the best part of the show. Saw a lot of people I hadn’t seen in years. Leaving the theater ran into a former teammate of mine. Both him and his wife said and I quote ā€œI guess no white players had anything to do with Alabama footballā€. Yes him and his wife are both black, they were laughing when they said it. My date got wide eyed and said oh my god I didn’t even think about it.
It could’ve been better, but it was about bama so I’d suggest all y’all seeing it. The castilles are good people and it’s a big deal for Caleb and the family.
