Latest I heard was that it was about a 15 foot fall and then jumped another 15 feet down (sounds like a terraced structure). He jumped through the window to avoid cops coming to investigate a marijuana complaint. They found a small amount of marijuana in the room he jumped from.

This is all scuttlebutt and rumor.

Spice is a completely different drug than weed. If he was smoking spice, then his actions are understandable- a stupid decision though. If he did this while just for smoking marijuana, them he's just an idiot.

Spice is synthetic weed, using all kinds of random shit, depending where you get it from. Some of it can be just like weed, most of it is not though and can cause all kinds of screwed up reactions. He likely just bought some weed from someone in downtown ATL. Never buy weed from some random dude in downtown ATL, never buy it from a random dude anywhere. Many of them lace it, to get you hooked to the heavier shit, the stuff with a much higher profit margin.
