Nick Saban's new Mercedes dealership is unintentionally trolling Tennessee
The greatest living college football coach also wants to get you into a new car.


Nick Saban is a lot of things:

He's a world-class leader.

He's a strong basketball player.

He's a lover of Coca-Cola.

He's also a ruthless entrepreneur.

The latest example of the Alabama coach's capitalistic poise? He's a 50 percent owner of a new Mercedes-Benz dealership.

In Nashville.

That's on Envious Lane.

Alabama's wildly successful coach setting up a luxury car dealership on Envious Lane in the heart of Vol and Commodore country? That's some next-level savagery.

Saban already owns two car dealerships in Alabama. If you want a good deal on a Mercedes or Infiniti in Birmingham, just ask Nick.

And while it's unlikely Saban had much to do with the choice of location -- he and his wife are merely 50 percent owners in multiple companies that buy properties for car dealerships -- it's fun to imagine the five-time National Champion spending some of his infrequent free time to deliberately troll the fine people of Tennessee.
