🏈 Nick Saban updates Bryce Young's Status For Tennessee.

And the Tennessee defense will be going after him every play to try and get him out of the game. They're looking to excise that 15 year demon and will do anything and everything they can to do it.

Yes, I'm calling the Tennessee players dirty. That's their mantra.....it's what they do.

I'm definitely expecting them to come out swinging. And I'm hoping our defense shuts it down with a quickness.

Hell, I expect them to score 1st, maybe even twice, before we do. The atmosphere will be crazy in that place. They're 5-0 for the 1st time in 5 years. They'll be so hyped up and amped up they'll be playing with so much adrenaline you'd be hard-pressed to fault our guys for falling behind. But after that adrenaline wears off, the crash starts. And that's when you strike.

If Bryce comes out and plays like he normally does, their defense won't be able to keep up. Our defense, however, is a bit closer to the top. Their offense is pretty good, but they truly haven't been tested by a great defense.

Agree with you sk33tr….Tennessee is playing great ball and when was the last time they were relevant this time of year?? It is actually a very good thing for the rivalry that they are back where they are, this game used to mean something and it has been a footnote for the last decade plus.

This will be an insane atmosphere to play in, we will definitely see what this themes of mental make up is Saturday, and of course all of the ifs ands and buts will come to play.

Tennessee definitely has the advantage of this game stays closed, I do not expect to get up on them and stay up the entire part of the game, I definitely see Tennessee putting up some points in this game going back-and-forth, our secondary needs to turn their damn heads and play the ball Saturday

AAAARRRGGGHHH!!!

That is so frustrating to see them NOT do that. Half (or more) of those PI penalties wouldn't be called if they'd just get their head around and go for the ball. Plus, the number pass break-ups would go way up, as well. We basically need receivers on defense that will fight for the ball instead of fighting the opposing receiver.

And there's been a few times when it looked the defense was in a zone, but one guy went to man and it left a HUGE hole open for the opposing receiver to get an easy catch and some big yards after it.

Could you imagine if we had defenders as aggressive as Julio was on offense. I don't think opposing teams would complete but 30% of their passes. THAT'S the types of defenders we need.....ball hawks. They need to force the receiver to become the defender and put them out of their comfort zone.

Saw this yesterday...

Yet CNS says this last night on this radio show:

So apparently Bryce is gonna be a game-time decision.

I bet he's solid now. Anybody seen any practice coverage the last few days? If not, I bet CNS is keeping this close to the vest in order to keep 10rC on their toes by having to prepare for both QBs
