šŸˆ Nick Saban talks rat poison again before Texas A&M | Bryce Young Injury Update | Jalen Milroe

"Fans dont have any impact......."....
Come on Nick.....i dont know about that
Look at noise level....they create....

Context on Rat Poison:

I don't get affected by it, because I don't listen to you all. I really don't have any interest what anybody thinks about any of this stuff. I do have an interest in how it affects and impacts the players on our team. And I think it does. I think they have to show maturity in how they manage it and know that external opinion, external noise, whatever you want to call it, rat poison, whatever it is, absolutely has nothing to do with the outcome of the game. Just like fans have nothing to do with the outcome of the game. They don't block, they don't tackle, they don't catch passes, they don't make sacks. All they do is make noise. And if you want to take them out of the game, just play well, execute and then they won't be there. They'll leave. These are external factors that cannot affect how you think as a competitor.

An agitated Saban is a good one come Saturday!!! BAMA by fiddy!!!

I hope he lays into Jimbo. I want all that frustration to be unleashed. Make them fire him and drop a load of money while they do it. I mean, what kind of friend would not kick the shit out of his other friend for a $86M buyout. Wouldn't some of y'all take a butt whooping for that? he'd be doing Jimbo a favor and saving him years of embarrassment since he won't win anything at A&M.

Ok..."have nothing to do withoutcome of game" and "have impact "

Yep missed words...but says same thing...

My f'ing bad

Didn't A&M last year cost us? I'd bet my house I heard somewhere the crowd noise hurt on field communication as well as communication between coaches and players.
Self-inflicted mistakes. Dropped balls. Is that crowd induced? Penalties. Is this where the question of hearing the QB clap comes in versus paying attention to the snap?

A crowd has an impact. No doubt. There's a reason they pipe in crowd noise. But, like Saban said it doesn't the outcome of the game. We ain't blocking, tackling, etc.

A&M as an example I find a bit disingenuous. Zach Calzada played a hell of a game as did others.

It's like choking over a putt. The grain didn't do that, you did.

You pick some odd hills to die on. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

Name a Bama loss where the crowd determined the outcome.
See @BamaFan334
He hit it

Penalties caused by crowd noise certainly can influence the outcome

And really...more teams play than just bama....
Players are affected by the noise....positively and negatively.....

Amd dont believe ( sometimes I think its what side of bedyou get on).....
Turn ur radio upfull blast the nexttime you tryingto think or find an address while driving......

Ever seen golfers demand quiet when putting?

Oh, no doubt. I didn't mean it solely costed us the game, I just meant it was a factor and hurt us. Calzada was dang near perfect, no doubt.
