NFL hits Courtney Upshaw with $16,537 fine for roughing Ben Roethlisberger

Baltimore Ravens outside linebacker Courtney Upshaw has been fined $16,537 by the NFL for roughing Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger in an AFC North game on Sept. 11. The Eufaula High School and Alabama Crimson Tide star said he planned to appeal the fine.
