That isn't Bama's locker room. It doesn't look like the pictures, nor does it look like the two I walked through with my nephew at Saban's football camp this year. The wood in Bama's locker room has more luster to it than the picture here. Maybe my memory is foggy after surgery and pain meds but that damn sure doesn't look like the locker room of a football team that generates millions of dollars.

Also, why would they be in the locker room already? Spring practice doesn't start for a bit. There would be no reason for the players to be in the locker rooms. The locker rooms at the practice facility would only be in use to change clothes and such for weight lifting, which is next door to the locker room. Going (too far) further, who would release this? If it was a player they would've tweeted it or something. If it were equipment guys or something, there would've been more to this than message board chatter. It is bogus

What he said ^^^^^^^^^^ agreed!

Couple of things...

1- That is the locker room in the Mal Moore complex, not the one at the stadium. Players are in and out of this one on a daily basis.

2- As for the motivational pictures themselves, I understand what Saban is doing, and he is one of the best motivators in the business... but blowing a 27 point lead against your biggest rival should be motivation enough to NEVER, EVER do it again.

As I read this thread I was just hoping someone would pick up on the fact that there is MORE THAN GD ONE locker room... so yes, this is a locker room that players do go in and out of daily.

The picture is not the message/point, but a reminder of a message relayed elsewhere. Likely a firey speech drawing attention to the point of concern.

Never again will we not finish.
Never again will we not have half a game.
Never again will the staff let this kind of thing happen.
Pick your angle for a pitch, but whatever that message is,
Never again...
