Just curious. I have no hatred of him as a person. Who knows what kind of person he was? Not me. It's always p.c. to say we are sorry at a time like this, and I am for those that loved him.
The news will certainly portray him as a near saint who has done a tremendous amount for collegiate athletics as I am sure he has.
Sincere condolences to all of his family and friends in this time of sorrow for them.
Whom do y'all think will replace him? Will his replacement have similar views and ......similar biases? I don't know much about the NCAA other than that it seems a biased organization intent on keeping a clean outward appearance of promoting collegiate athletics as fair and balanced while silently and pervasively promoting it's own interest and power base.
I am sorry if I come across obsequiously. That is not my intent. I am earnestly trying to find out what others think about this and how it will touch the NCAA as an organization.
Like what was already said he was somebody's father, husband, grandfather, and son. I hate it! He has done alot for college football. Attendance is up, revenue is up, etc.
