Yikes, Surtain and Anoma seem like they could be immediate impact players but as a whole, like I've been saying for months, this is going to be BY FAR the weakest class Saban has signed since 2007.

Could be a bunch of things. Guys may be leaning towards other teams that are starting to be looked at as "elite" (Clemson, Georgia, etc.) rather than competing with all the current 4 and 5 stars on the Bama roster (Clemson and UGA will feel that too probably in the next year or two). Also, losing so many elite recruiters over the last few years really hurts and its showing in this class. What's really going to hurt, though, is how many elite players we've lost over the last two years to the draft and then not reloading like usual, we may see a slide which is going to cause our spoiled fan base to go into full blown meltdown mode.

The ONLY QB in consideration was White.

Bama backed off Purdy. I have no idea why.

I believe they thought they would use that scholarship for another player and now they have been duped by Brown and Ross.

Losing Peterson, Ross, Brown, and Beal.

Bama expected all.

Brown was always considered schizophrenic.

Copeland and Waddle would help but there is no way to say Bama is anything but disappointed today.
