Alabama host Indiana State

The No. 24/24 Alabama men's basketball team will host the second game of its four-game homestand to start the 2023-24 season as the Crimson Tide will face Indiana State at 7 p.m. CT Friday night at Coleman Coliseum.

The Tide has currently won 16-straight games at Coleman Coliseum, which ranks as the seventh-longest home winning streak in Division I, winning by an average of 25.0 points per contest.

Alabama is ranked No. 24 in both the AP and USA Today Coaches Poll, as UA is ranked in the Top 25 for the 20th straight week.

I'd like to see some more of Dioubate. He had some Juwan Gary-esque plays and only played in 10 minutes. Oats said some thing about he and Wague playing real hard. Wague had a bit of a rough start, but I think he'll bounce back.

I'm watching Arizona-Duke and damn Bradley just missed two critical FTs

Have to do a lot better on switches and talking on defense. Guys just aren't communicating well and getting back on D. Indiana State is making tough shots as well.

I think we really miss Quinerly's play making ability at point. He was an elite ball handler that set up the shots from beyond the arc. Sears has a quick burst, but not the court vision to really be an elite facilitator.

Estrada does look like the real deal. Griffen needs to start playing better.

I think we'll pull away late though. This seems like typical second game issues though with turnovers and newcomers not being up to speed on D. LSU is getting smashed by Nichols and auburn is having issues against SLU.
