šŸˆ Most scholarship transfers out• Power 5, since October

I’ve said it before and will again even though some passionately disagree with me. I think it’s really sad so many of the players who are not truly elite will fail to find another program willing to offer them a scholarship. By now, these players have surely seen the numbers and therefore they have to know they’re playing scholarship Russian roulette. Yet, they continue to enter the transfer portal at ever increasing rates. So, they’re off scholarship at the school they’re leaving and if another team doesn’t come calling, the vast majority of them will not only not play again, they more importantly won’t earn a degree. And to me, that’s sad even though it’s a self inflicted wound.
