Texas lost the game because they have a panty grabbing horrible running game and they failed to stop the run. Neither one of those things have much at all to do with McCoy.

Texas fans think the number 1 reason they lost is Colt being hurt.
But they didn't stop the Bama running game, thats what really lost it for them.
We made some mistakes and not everyone played their best game and still put up 37 points, if we would have clicked on all cylinders it would have been a very ugly defeat for them.
