Home invasion versus DUI? Both against the law, sure. I realize what could happen with people and DUI's. It didn't thankfully. I also realize that sometimes the best people in the world don't think they've had too much to drink and end up getting in trouble.

However, the best people in the world don't suddenly make a mistake which leads to a home invasion charge.
