Reported attendance was over 11K

It didn't look like it. Outside of the student section- which was half full may- there was maybe 5000 in attendance 10 minutes before the game. We may have gotten more after that, but it was empty. Kinda pissed because here we are with a brand new coach who has brought in a top 15 recruiting class (will be top 10 if Ferg signs in spring), and our fans can hardly support the team. Along with this, the student section was on its ass the entire game and not even paying attention.

I hope recruits don't see this. Definitely not a supporting atmosphere. If we're going to compete against the blue bloods, we'll have to show that despite our lack of success, we'll still support.

It was a great offensive performance from the team, but the fouls were frustrating. ULL got to shoot 42 FT's. Taylor needs to establish his role as an interior man and start doing a better job of boxing his man out and fighting for rebounds. He had zero for the game. Ball movement was much better last night and the team was money from the corner from beyond the arc. Ingram still continues to impress me, but Coleman and Norris really did well last night

Teams are still adjusting to the change in officiating this year. Most teams have only played two or three games, but there are 103 teams averaging more free throw attempts per game than the national leader last year, which was 26.6.
