Media predicts Alabama to win 2021 SEC Championship

Eight times since 1992 has the predicted champion prior to the season proceeded to win the SEC Championship Game.

SEC Media Days has officially ended, and the votes from the media members in attendance have been tallied. Therefore, the league's preseason media poll was released on Friday.

Alabama was predicted to win the 2021 SEC Championship, receiving 84 votes to be crowned conference champion on Dec. 4 in Atlanta. Georgia finished in second place with 45 votes.

Yeah, I saw a tweet last week that I think they have a 28% accuracy rate since 1992. I think that percentage is up, simply based on the fact that you could pick Bama every year since 2008 and be correct about 50% of the time.
