Regarding that Javy thread from the other day; the play Maze just had on an end around was exactly what I was talking about in regards to him, and our offensive play makers in general.

Great run there by Maze. Not a terribly long run, but a solid, shifty, little guy back there who can bob and weave and make plays.

I definitely like the end around/reverse looks. It's good to throw in the mix and he can make some plays. His hands looked bad at points today but he will be a MAJOR contributor this year.

I'd definitely like to see that play incorporated with our play action style offense. Our defense has more wrinkles then Goldie Hawn, and we know how much potential it has. Never hurts to make the opposing team think of multiple sets and play action formations.

Yeah, Maze looked pretty good today. He was the play maker on the white team.
