Star Wars fell into the same hole I see Marvel Comics.

There are people who like SW.
There are people who don't like SW.

Not a big deal, either way.

It's the people that get upset because one person likes the series of movies, or the other guy who is upset because she doesn't like them.
 
I like SW but don’t love it. I actually prefer the spin offs more than the actual “epic” of movies. In my opinion the best of the movies was actually “Rogue One”. It told a vital story that makes the movies work!!!

I am a huge sci-fi fan.

I had about a 15 year stretch that I watched the opening (midnight Thursday night) opening of every sci-fi, super hero, and almost all action movies. It was kind of a boys night out type of deal. Covid paranoia screwed it up and we never got back into the habit. We’ve hit a few but most movies are not nearly as good as they where pre mass hysteria.
