The stereo-typing of us southerners by those north of the Mason Dixon line, is still alive and well......funny thing is....more and more I see yankees moving south but not the other way around. They screw up their cities with liberal policies and then high-tail it south where the economic climate is thriving..how ironic.

The context of bigotry is there. I dislike the word racist/racism simply because it is most often used as an arbitrary bludgeon against Caucasians, I prefer bigot as it fits any who practice it.

Isn't that racist to say many of my good friends? I have a friend from Boston that visited us and played golf on one of our courses. He said he couldn't believe how nice the homes were. He said they look so modern. I said yea we even have letricity, running water and indoor plumin.

I grew up working on grandpa's farm right along side with black workers. Doing the same job cropping tobacco. We didn't know what racism was. They did have their special water jug that we couldn't drink from. It was colder than ours so I had them let me drink from it. I maintain friendship with them today. I'm 69 and believe Yankees are way more racist than southerners.
