i dont see them getting rid of richt, i could see them getting rid of bobo though. i think bobo goes this year and then if they continue to struggle next year then richt will go.

Richt has done wonders with recruiting great talent and putting the Georgia program in a good position to win. Their dilemma is that while he is a great organizer, he's a horrible field general. He's like Georgia's version of George B. McClellan. The troops love him, but he's just not getting the job done. They'll let him have another year. Then they'll go look for Grant.

Richt is starting to remind me of the end of the Tuberville era, except with more arrests. Tuberville had talent at Auburn, with the exception of 2008, and just quit getting the job done. Richt is still bringing in top-flight talent but the results aren't making it to the field anymore. Richt also lost some Georgia recruits to Alabama and Auburn this past year. It wouldn't shock me if they gave him another year but I just don't see the benefit. They'll lose AJ Greene after this season and he's the only dangerous player on their offense right now.

I think UGA might privately inquire about Kirby Smart again...for head coach, but I don't think they will be willing to pay him to go to Athens.
