A couple of things... Everyone within in the Panther's organization, from top to bottom, is fully on board with making it happen (that's important). When David Tepper wants something badly enough, he will do whatever he can to get it (example is stealing Rhule from the lap of the Giants). The trade would move Watson out of the AFC, unlike the other 2 teams, which would be ideal to the Texans. Does Carolina have as much in terms of picks to offer compared to Miami? No. But from what I understand, they want him much more than the others, and with Tepper's heavily involved, that can absolutely lead to a deal being made.
