Wisconsin hiring Fickell leaves the possiblity for Alabama to potentially get Jim Leonhard. Go after Schumann first, if we can't get him, go get Leonhard. He's my second choice for the job. He may want to stay at Wisconsin, but we'll see if Fickell will retain him.

I hate to see Fickell leave UC. he has done an outstanding job with the Bearcats! If he is given time, million dollar statement, I think he will do well in Madison. A very good hire IMO.
