Side note completely off the subject, but not really...Easter Sunday dinner coming up for a friend's family, right? We had a friend skip out on a little grillin' activities yesterday because he was working on the paddle for the frogmore stew they're serving. Paddle. Did you catch that?

Paddle, you ask? Like a damn oar. That big of a pot of frogmore stew.

Speaking of frogs....
Mama would Woop up a batch of frog legs when daddy and his friends would get drunken and go wading and gigging ( bunch of cotton mouths in area...so have to be have stewed to go out there at night)..
She'd get'em fried up.on the table...and hollar..."now jump in." ( funnier when she'd do it). Never did for easter though....
