šŸˆ LSU losing a good DB? Kelvin Joseph has entered his name into the #NCAA Transfer Portal,

Why do you think AK left Tuscaloosa?

Are you suggesting it was "suggested" he move on?

I'm suggesting that with Kamara as with Joseph there were "behavior issues" that goes to each one's final decision to get out of town. My personal assessment of both is those same immaturity issues that cause the problems in the first place are the same immaturity issues that push the players out the "Portal" door.

If we choose to believe what some LSU fans are saying ...
he has suspension issues and was going to be passed over anyways.
...I can't put the two side by side.

That said, I've read where his father (Joseph's) said he wasn't going anywhere. What to make of that? To each his own when it comes to that call.

Kamara had attitude issues that led to diarrhea of the mouth. He wasn't happy with his playing time and chose to voice that during recruiting visits. He virtually opened the door to the transfer portal before there was such a thing.

I doubt, seriously doubt, we'll get a straight answer on Joseph from anyone associated with LSU. There's a chance, IF he transfers.

The biggest issue in Baton Rouge is CDS. (I'll start a thread on that one soon.)

If you're not sure what the specific issue is with Joseph, how do you know if they aren't similar? If attitude and maturity are the common threads the shoe may very well fit.

Joseph got a chance to play a lot of ball for the purple tigers last season. Now comes Stingly, who's already been declared the next great thing at CB. Kristian Fulton finally got reinstated by the NCAA and he was as good as advertised. Joseph's situation looks a lot like Savion Smith, except he's still too young to go to the NFL and not get drafted. Kamara was way down the depth chart and his attitude and lack of maturity promised more of the same to keep coming. Frankly, when his many bad personal decisions took him elsewhere it probably saved everyone a lot of pain.

As far as Joseph's dad statement, good for him. My father would have made his entrance into the room as the voice of reason long before these many bad decisions. Let's see if his parents are up to doing their job?
