Staying in their heads. When Coach circled Miles at centerfield without even looking at him I was beside myself. I told my wife that we just won the game. Got into their heads and they can't dig us out!

Eesh...not willing to go there with you. 2011 isn't too far in the past.

Imagine a world where Saban never left Baton Rouge...

Just sayin'...

Hey, I try to look forward

But I do shiver at the very thought ..

Realistically, I wonder how different both programs would have been in terms of recruits, championships, etc. if Saban had stayed there.

Have any of you guys been on an LSU forum? I looked on Tiger Droppings the other day, and there were some threads about Alabama, and only like one or two threads about their baseball team in Omaha. I hope they know that we really do not care about them. Yeah we hate them, but its not like we talk about them 24/7 like they do with us. Their fans are starting to act more like Auburn now, except more classless acts. If they lose, its always because we paid the refs. I've never seen a fan base come up with more b.s excuses than they did after that 21-17 loss against Alabama last year. Also never seen fans act as classless as they did after the national title loss.

Which is why I think that shirt says a lot more than they realize...

The few I talk to know it and they talk about it.

This is all I have to show to people for people to know about LSU fans. (warning, language is brutal)

Shall we judge all fan bases by a few. Example, LA Raiders fan...that's a special group :)

I've had some good times with LSU fans, just gotta take a little ribbing and be ready to dish it out.

No. But, that video represented a few thousand.

There are a few characteristics with LSU fans that if you can make it past them they are a fun group.

As soon as the profanity laced conversations start, I'm headed the other direction.

I know we live football 24-7-365 and I know we have some fans who take this game far too seriously. They have their share of those as well—both the good and the bad.

Oh boy...We have some of the best fans, but some of the worst fans I've ever seen....I won't argue there.... I'm not blanketing LSU's entire fan base. Back before Saban in 06, I tailgated there and it was amazing....until after the game.... I always have a fun time with them though. Its just some of the worst experiences I've had at sporting events, they've been involved. I'm all for fun a games, bantering back-n-forth; but however, when you start throwing stuff, yelling vulgar language in front of whole family, damaging property etc.. you've crossed the line. And I've heard numerous amounts of complaints from fans(not just Alabama) who've been to Death Valley.
