Rivals has protected Stingley as they had him as their #1 recruit in the country the year he came out. They blamed injury the last two years when he got smoked against Davonta. He was not playing well this year, and quite frankly has never shown me much of anything. Not saying he's not a good corner, but Surtain proved he was MUCH better and you could see it on a weekly basis. Stingley has never shown me anything against a receiver I would say was NFL caliber, so I feel he hasn't lived up to #1 status, even with as much butt kissing as Rivals does for him.

LSU Tigers' star receiver Kayshon Boutte to miss remainder of season with leg injury

It appears the LSU Tigers have lost star wideout Kayshon Boutte for the season. Boutte suffered a leg injury during Saturday's loss to Kentucky. Boutte's nine touchdowns this season are tied for the most in the FBS.
