I hate to hear that Trent's going to be sitting this one out. We sure could use him that's for sure. Maybe Marks got enough gas in the tank and will look like Ingram from last season.

Damn, I hate to hear any player is down. Trent is a hell of a ball player and fun to watch. If nothing else, I always chuckle at the way he carries the ball--he exaggerates the "high and tight" thing. He's a good player and you guys certainly could've used him. Here's to hoping Lacy holds the ball and Ingram still has some juice left in those legs.

Lacey will remind us of what running the ball with authority looks like. Maybe it will light a fire under Ingram's butt., like he used to do for Coffee. Ingram and Richardson have been too comfortable this year.

Well that's obviously not good news. Trent seemed to run with more authority this year vs. Mark. But then Mark seemed to be holding his own plus some last week. In fact he showed glimpses of last year in some of his cuts. You know I wouldn't mind Mark carrying it 25+ times Sat night. I know, I know about State's defense and our downfield attack. Just sayin'.

I really don't like this. Hopefully some of the young guys will step it up this week. Ingram will have to be a true leader in this game.

No doubt. He will be used I'm sure. Mark can't play every offensive snap. So I certainly hope Lacey holds onto the ball. I'm sure it's been drilled into him now that Trent isn't starting this Sat. Good luck and I'm sure it will pan out, or at least I hope it does!

ummm,, guys.... Trent Richardson doesn't get hurt. i'm not sure what you're talking about. he is probably just graciously giving some of the other players time to get some reps in order to trick the rest of our opponents into complacency.
