This has become a sad story of what might have been. I remember how excited a lot of us around here were when he signed with us. Many of us thought he would have seen the field as a freshman.As he said in the article, he could have done better in high school. Still, the NCAA clearinghouse could have done a lot better as well.It is pretty sad that a kid has met all of a school's and a conference's requirements for admission, has already enrolled in school and started practicing with the team, then is informed that the NCAA didn't like a correspondence course he took in the 10th grade.
