Both schools are saying postponed. The Big XII championship game is tentatively scheduled for December 12. They have the option to move it if a team might make it based on their win/loss record. Baylor-LA Tech isn't a conference game, but it could be a tie breaker.

December 12 is probably the date both schools are looking at to play the game. Trust me, neither will be playing that day otherwise. If the season is played, OU and OSU will play in Norman on 12/5 and in Arlington on 12/12. Book it!
