Kiffin is going to regret some of the things he has done, mark my words. This is the greatest conference in college football, not the Oakland Raiders. While he hasn't broken any rules in hiring these coaches, he's made a lot of people outside of Knoxville upset.

What kiffin hasn't realized yet is the SEC is the NFL of college football.

i disagree ,I think he does understand this...why else surround yourself with one of the best coaching staffs in the country.....Yes he is unproven...and didnt do well in the NFL but neither did Saban. Saban had already proven himself before his NFL stint. Kiffen is playing the smart card if you ask me,cause your only as good as the people who work for you.
